Tyler Willenbrink
Tyler Willenbrink brings a unique blend of skills with a background in cycling, Media and Recording Technology, and Welding and Fabrication. He founded the organization while studying at Madison Area Technical College, where he developed the first prototype of an all-terrain wheelchair. As Acting Executive Director, Tyler has helped shape ORA’s mission to meet recreational accessibility needs—designing custom mobility solutions, rehoming and repairing wheelchairs, and creating adaptive equipment for individuals with diverse challenges. He is committed to expanding ORA’s impact and helping more people with mobility needs experience the outdoors and greater independence.
Executive Director
Kyle Golinski is a craftsman and Administrator from Necedah. WI. He has spent years working leather, stone and blacksmithing, bringing unique fabrication skills and creative drive to the team. He also has a strong background in business, helping manage his family's Marina for the past decade in Juneau County. After working with and volunteering for several Non-Profit organizations around the Madison area, he was approached by Tyler to join the ORA team. He hopes to continue to grow the client base and continue to scale production to help as many people with outdoor mobility needs as possible.

I am a bicycle mechanic by day, and I work with ORA because I think it is important to work inside of community so that everybody feels welcomed and supported. I believe we find meaning in connection, and that everyone wins when people work together for a common good.
Vice President
Hans is a fabricator, marketer, and bike mechanic from Madison Wisconsin, and lives in Minneapolis.
Hans fell in love with metal and wheels and connected with Jaden and Tyler through working at Unbroken Chain Cycles where we upheld OSHA standards and got thousands of people rolling.

Hans Bryan
Ansel Kreft is a Mechanical Engineering student at UW-Madison. He has a talent for design, a love of long-distance cycling, and a passion for getting people outdoors. Ansel specializes in additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping methods, and composites.
